How long have you been in business?
In 1976, I began practicing business and employment law. In 1988, I formed Zeigler Townley P.C.
What is your primary product or service?
We represent many businesses in their litigation, business matters and employment relations. We have three (3) very aggressive and accomplished litigation attorneys heading up our practice groups. We also represent many individuals and their families in our estate planning and probate practice.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the law when I was searching for challenging and demanding occupations when I was transitioning out of the military following my tour of duty in Vietnam.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Excellent service and communication are the hallmarks of our law practice.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We decided to focus our practice in southeast Michigan, with our offices in Troy, Michigan. Technology allows us to represent our clients where ever they do business around the globe.

We are on the southwest corner of Big Beaver Road and Coolidge Highway in a 7 story glass building right on the corner. We are across the street from the Somerset South Shopping Mall. The complex is called Troy Place. Now there is a restaurant in our parking lot called Ocean Prime.

Our clients are primarily located in southeastern Michigan; but our practice extends throughout Michigan.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Matt W. Zeigler owns the Professional Corporation, and Heidi E. Castle is our Business Manager, managing the day-to-day operation of the law firm. Bruce L. Townley is a very accomplished and tenacious trial attorney and counsellor.
What are your hours of operation?
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Appointments out of those time frames may be made with the staff.
