What is your primary product or service?
In-Vehicle Computers and Video Cameras for Public Safety.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In late 2001, we were approached by the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana Police Department to design and manufacture a rugged in-vehicle computer base on their specifications. We met with their officers and supervisors and discussed features and capabilities that they wanted to have in the new computer. After several months, we proposed a solution that they approved. We manufactured a prototype for them, which they also approved, and we went into production. We delivered our first MTC-1 in May 2002, and Fort Wayne PD has not bought an in-vehicle computer from any other vendor since that time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Headquartered in Novi, MI. We currently have dealers in Minnesota, California and Illinois with plans to sign many more throughout the country.
