OUR Credit Union has provided financial services to individuals, families and businesses within our community since 1959.
OUR Credit Union has four locations, three in Royal Oak and one in Troy.
OUR Credit Union serves all generations with FREE Checking, Savings and Great Low Loan Rates. Auto loan rates are based on the consumer not on the age of the car or the length of the loan. OUR Credit Union also offers Mortgages from first time homeowners to construction loans.

Brief History of OUR CU:
In November 1959, the credit union was chartered to serve the savings and loan needs of the St. Dennis Parish community. The credit union operated as St. Dennis Parish Credit Union until June 1984 when there was a charter change and name changed to Royal Oak Community Credit Union. This change allowed the credit union to serve the community in the City of Royal Oak. This change was in effect until March 1999 when we received a charter expansion to serve the City of Royal Oak and surrounding areas. To reflect this expansion, the credit union name was changed to Royal Oakland Community Credit Union. In April 2006, the credit union received approval to serve the communities of Oakland and Macomb counties. Finally, in April 2007, the credit union name was changed to OUR Credit Union.

OUR Credit Union is a not for profit financial cooperative, formed by consumers to help each other.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
OUR CU is a not for profit and have low fees and better rates on saving and checking. OUR Credit Union is in business for the member-owner, with out them we have no credit union.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 4 locations. Two in Royal Oak, one location in Troy on Rochester Rd., just south of South Blvd. and a branch in Warren located at Twelve Mile and Mound.

OUR Credit Union offers Mastercard Debit Cards, Visa Credit Cards and Visa Gift Cards. We do cash advances for Visa Cards.

Serve all consumers who live, work, worship or attend school in Oakland and Macomb Counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
OUR Credit Union is owned by it the members, who elect a volunteer board to set policies. Our CEO Tina Dix oversees daily operations.

Lobby Hours: Mon.-Thur: 9am to 5pm
Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Drive Thru Hours: Mon-Wed: 8am to 6pm
Thur-Fri: 8am to 6:30PM
Saturdays 8am to 3pm
The Washing Ave Branch (downtown Royal Oak) has no Drive Thru.
