How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As an Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin, I was involved in several PC-based projects for mobile, industrial, plant-floor, and ruggedized applications. I started building systems for friends and family back when clone parts first became available in the early to mid-80's. The hobby eventually became a business in 1990. Joined forces with my nephew, Chuck Johnson, in 2011, as CJ Technical Services, Inc.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With an Electrical Engineering degree and 30 years of experience with computers and networks, there's not much that I have not seen. Our team of technicians are also seasoned, each with many years of experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location. In our line of business, we cover a large area. Plans to grow, but no plans for additional locations.

What are your hours of operation?
Store hours are M-F 10AM-6PM, although we sometimes need to close if all technicians are out on service calls. Our on-site service hours are M-F 8AM to 6PM standard rate, available nights and weekends at premium rates.
