How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Extensive experience with site and building development projects from conception to move in, including assistance with site evaluation. We have developed relationships with experienced consultants with specialized skill in the Civil Engineering, Geotechnical and Environmental Testing fields who assist us with the evaluation process. We also have extensive experience with evaluating existing buildings.

Our dedication to Client satisfaction, and our ability to plan and coordinate projects with tight schedules and budgets and work with Construction Managers as a cohesive team.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Actually my LEAST favorite quote is “Price, Schedule, Quality. Pick two”. This goes against our philosophy of collaborative planning, design and execution to achieve ALL of our Clients goals. In a fast pace environment, people tend to forget the AIM part of Aim, Ready, Fire. We don’t.
