How long have you been in business?
Estate Planning Solutions PLLC has been in business since 2013, but our motivation to provide our clients with the most comfortable and affordable estate planning experience possible began in 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
Our practice concentrates exclusively on proactive estate planning in order to help clients avert problems before they happen.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In early 2003, I decided that my time would be better spent creating plans for my clients to avoid probate court. I was motivated by the client goals of maintaining control, mitigating estate taxes, probate elimination and altogether making the administration of an estate easier on the people who would be left with such a daunting task.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
At Estate Planning Solutions, we offer complimentary consultations to evaluate your needs and educate you on your planning options. Our estate planning attorneys will never pressure you into implementing a plan, as this has to be something that you want to do and are comfortable with.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 3 locations in Sterling Heights, Troy, and Rochester, MI., but our plans include expanding to provide services to the entire Tri-County Are in Southeast Michigan.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
In late 2013, Joe Coraci formed the Firm of Estate Planning Solutions PLLC, bringing over 12 years of estate planning experience and an unrelenting motivation to provide his clients with the most comfortable and affordable estate planning experience possible. Joe is a member of both the Probate and Estate Planning sections of the State Bar of Michigan. Joe also has served for many years as a panel attorney for two of the largest legal plans in the Country, ARAG and Hyatt Legal Plans.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Mon-Fri, 9AM -6PM.
