How long have you been in business?
I have been in business a year and a half, but I have owned my own business in the past, and have 40 years of business experience in many capacities.
What is your primary product or service?
I am passionate about offering healthier snack options, clean, full machines and great customer service. My machines are new, state of the art technology with nutritional information available for all of my snacks, credit card and NFC payment acceptance and remote inventory monitoring. If there is a dispensing issue with product or money, my machines offer a customer contact form that I can respond to quickly, enabling me to resolve the issue timely.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have extensive experience in customer service. I have worked in many office environments where I have experienced traditional vending services that have not been to the standards that I can deliver.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Healthy vending is an option many businesses are looking for. Businesses are also looking for exceptional service for their employees and customers. I purchased equipment that enables me to provide a great product and superior service!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am in the placement process right now, I have 10 machines ready to place, and would like to expand beyond that.
Which areas do you service?
I service Troy, Auburn Hills, and areas surrounding.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner and operator.

My hours are flexible to meet the needs of my customers.
