When I was hired in 1992 to work as a claims processor for a Third Party Administrator of Benefits. I have been a licensed agent servicing clients ever since.

I do. I will always remain an active participant working with our empowered and engaged employees. I believe that is the only way to be able to truly understand my business, especially as we continue to grow.
