Simcor got me the most accurate estimate for the damage as a result of a fire to my home. He was able to explain the damage to my insurance company and made the process simple and easy. His tradespeople came in and did not only what the insurance company paid for but much, much more.

What is your primary product or service?
Knowing what it takes to rebuild a home and relaying that cost to the insurance company to make sure the homeowner can restore their home to a pre-loss condition

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a background plumbing, heating, cooling and building. After being in the trades for many years we came across numerous situations where we dealt with the insurance company as it relates to the cost for repairs. This became our full-time business

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We work for the homeowner to identify their true cost for repairs and will negotiate with the insurance company on their behalf to make sure those repairs are done correctly.
